Book review: Achieve Your Wildest Dreams: Your Own Truth Will Set You Free by Arthyr W Chadbourne (Intelligenesis Publications, 2013)
Your OWN Truth Will Set You Free! The crazy-making world of the many false beliefs we hold as truth is more like a zoo inside ourselves than an organized library of thought. What do you trust about yourself that are misconceptions? Lear n how you can change your belief system to achieve 50% more of what you REALLY want from life. Read how this astounding and simple process can place you in a position beyond your wildest dreams.
I got this booklet (it’s a very short book) off Netgalley because it sounded INTERESTING, and besides, who wouldn’t want to ACHIEVE their wildest dreams? And then I started READING.
And, well, I don’t rightly know what to SAY about it. For me, there didn’t seem to be anything really NEW that books like The Secret or Ask and It Is Given haven’t already said about the LAW OF ATTRACTION. After having read it, I was left wondering what I had just read, because nothing stood out as MEMORABLE … even as I turned to the next page, which is pretty bad.
If you’re wondering why I’m CAPITALISING random words, read this book, and you’ll perhaps begin to UNDERSTAND why it was very DISTRACTING to read. Perhaps that’s why I couldn’t remember any of what it said? Maybe.
But, put it simply and succinctly, if you’ve already read a book about the Law of Attraction, you don’t need this one. If you haven’t, and want to learn what on earth it’s about, Ask and It Is Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks is a better, meatier, more informative option. This just felt like, I don’t know, advertising.
1 out of 5 RANDOMLY capitalised words.
