Harry Potter studio tour? SAY NO MORE!

A Swedish friend shared this with me on Facebook, saying she had a sudden urge to come visit me in the UK next spring. This is why:

Says the description:

Set to open in Spring 2012, Warner Bros. Studio Tour London is a behind-the-scenes walking tour which immerses guests into the world of film-making. The tour features authentic sets, costumes and props that showcase the British artistry, technology and talent that goes into producing world famous and successful movies, created at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden. The Studio Tour will initially focus on the Harry Potter film series which has made the Studios its home for over 10 years.

Tickets on sale 13th October 2011 – Pre-booking only – www.wbstudiotour.co.uk

You had me at Hagrid’s hut!

Tickets will be £28 for adults and £21 for kids and it’s at Leavesden Studios in Hertfordshire. Anyone else who can’t see things like this without screeching, “I HAVE TO GO THERE!!” like some kind of hyped up banshee? It looks fab. Ahhhh, this needs to be visited. So. Badly.

Also, on Wednesday night, J.K. Rowling will be on BBC’s celebrity family tree tracing show Who Do You Think You Are? so wands DVRs at the ready! 🙂
